Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using 3dparts services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

3dparts offers professional digital manufacturing services including:

  • 3D printing (PLA, PETG, ABS/ASA, TPU, PAHT, Carbon Fiber materials)
  • Laser engraving (max bed size: 310 × 260 mm)
  • Laser cutting (max bed size: 310 × 260 mm)
  • Custom sticker cutting (max area: 297.5 × 300 mm)

Quotes & Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Euros (€)
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days from issuance
  • Final pricing may vary based on material costs and project complexity
  • We aim to provide quotes within 24 hours of receiving your request

File Uploads & Intellectual Property

  • You retain all intellectual property rights to files you upload
  • You warrant that you have the right to manufacture the designs you submit
  • We will not reproduce your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order
  • Files are stored securely for 90 days after project completion, then deleted
  • You may request immediate file deletion at any time

Orders & Manufacturing

  • Standard turnaround for prototypes: 3-5 business days
  • Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
  • We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate laws or our policies
  • Custom orders are non-refundable once manufacturing has begun

Payment & Invoicing

  • Payment is required before manufacturing begins
  • We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
  • Portuguese Clients: We provide official invoices with NIF upon request
  • All invoices comply with Portuguese tax regulations

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and package size
  • Delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or fees for international orders

Quality & Warranties

  • We guarantee high-quality workmanship on all projects
  • Minor variations in color and finish are normal in 3D printing and may occur
  • Defective products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion within 14 days of delivery (proof required)
  • Custom design errors are the responsibility of the customer unless caused by our manufacturing process

Limitation of Liability

3dparts shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Portugal.
